Atmosfera ITSM

ITSM covers comprehensive IT support for companies, regardless of their industry or size, based on best ITIL practices. Our proprietary ITSM system, Atmosfera, built on the ATMO platform, has a modular structure and is used by companies from various sectors, such as telecommunications, finance, and media, both in Poland and across Europe.

Service Desk

We monitor service quality with a dedicated team of 160 certified consultants. We operate 24/7, both locally and remotely, serving clients in 7 languages. Our Service Desk handles over 50,000 requests monthly for 100,000 users. We use advanced ITSM tools, Call Centers, remote access systems, Self-Service portals, as well as chatbots and voicebots.

Auditis and consulting

We offer consulting in IT/ICT strategy, digital transformation, environment modernization, and cost optimization. We conduct IT audits covering security, infrastructure, processes, applications, and budget. We also support users in organizing their work and ensuring IT security.

An IT manager, administrator, and architect of IT environments with over 15 years of experience in the industry. For more than 10 years, he has been managing projects related to the support and maintenance of IT environments using cloud solutions.
